Egalite sincerely thanks Громадське радіо for giving us the opportunity to inform the citizens of our country about the lives and struggles of intersex people. The editorial team professionally and, at the same time, very delicately helped intersex individuals shed light on the most critical issues they face from birth. These include so-called “normalizing” surgeries performed on intersex people without considering possible negative consequences, as well as challenges with socialization, employment, healthcare, and more.
